For 4 or 6 Nights

The Well Rested Woman Winter Retreat

‘REMEMBER’

A wintering retreat to come back to yourself

ALL INCLUSIVE LUXURY 4 or 6 NIGHT

Wellness Retreat in Highland Perthshire

There’s a moment that comes as the year begins to turn.

When something in you no longer wants to keep moving in the same way.

You’re still doing everything you need to do.

But there’s a quiet awareness that you’ve drifted slightly from yourself.

Not in a dramatic way.

Just enough to feel it.

A sense that you’d like more space.

More quiet.

More time to hear what’s actually true for you again.

To be somewhere where nothing is being asked of you.

This retreat offers you the space to step out of your day-to-day life for a while.

Where you don’t need to plan, organise, or hold everything together.

Just a quiet, beautiful place by the water…

where you can slow down at your own pace,
rest when you need to,
and begin to hear yourself more clearly again.

Your days will unfold gently.

There will be space for quiet mornings, slow starts, and time to arrive in yourself.

Moments of reflection, where you begin to notice what’s been sitting underneath the surface.

Time in nature, where things often become clearer without needing to be worked out.

Simple practices that help your body soften, your mind settle, and your attention come back to what’s here.

And just as importantly…

time with nothing planned at all.

To rest.
To read.
To sit by the fire.
To walk.
To be.

You won’t need to do everything.

This is your space to follow what feels right for you.

“The best thing you can do for yourself is book this retreat! You’ll be getting to know yourself again in a beautiful supportive environment and leave feeling whole again. 10/10 recommend!”

— Audrey Pirie, Well Rested Woman Winter Retreat attendee soon to return for the 3rd time!

This may be for you if…..

You’ve been moving through life doing what needs to be done, but feeling slightly removed from yourself.

You notice how hard it can be to truly switch off, even when you try.

There’s a quiet sense that you need space… but you’re not quite sure how to take it.

You find yourself longing for more stillness, more clarity, more time to just be.

You’re not looking to become someone else…

but you do feel the pull to come back to yourself.

What you may begin to notice…

A different relationship with rest… one that feels more natural, less something you have to try to do.

Moments of quiet clarity, where things feel simpler than they did before.

A softening in your body and mind, as your system begins to settle.

A sense of coming back into yourself… rather than constantly reaching outward.

Not in a dramatic way.

Just a steady shift in how you experience yourself and your life.

“It’s like coming home to yourself when you didn’t know you were lost. A truly magical and nurturing experience for body, mind & soul.”

— Katalin Thomann Well Rested Woman Winter & Spring Retreat attendee 4 times so far!

Eleanor Cunningham joined our Wintering retreat…

There was a time when I thought I knew how to rest…

I worked in health and wellbeing, I understood the importance of it… and yet something still felt out of balance.

It wasn’t until I stepped away from my day-to-day life and gave myself real space that I noticed something deeper.

How much I had been holding.

How constant the background noise had become.

How unfamiliar it felt, at first, to simply be still.

And then, slowly…

something shifted.

Not because I forced it.

But because there was finally enough space to hear what had always been there.

That experience stayed with me.

Not just the rest itself…

but what became visible within it.

And that’s what I now hold for other women.

What’s included?…

Everything is taken care of for you, so you can fully let go.

A beautiful private luxury home by Loch Tay, surrounded by nature and quiet

Your own carefully prepared meals each day, nourishing and grounding

Simple, supportive practices to help you slow down and settle

Time and space to rest in your own way

And the kind of environment where nothing is expected of you… and everything is allowed to soften

“Privileged to take part in the September retreat - I booked on instinct and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Suzi is an amazing soul - I absolutely recommend this life enriching opportunity.”

A gentle rhythm to your days…

There is a natural flow to each day, but nothing is fixed or required.

Mornings may begin slowly, with gentle movement or quiet time to arrive in yourself.

We’ll gather together for shared moments of reflection and conversation.

There will be space in the afternoons to rest, walk, receive a treatment, or simply follow what you need.

Evenings are softer… a chance to come together, or to take time alone.

You are always free to step in and out as feels right for you.

This is your retreat.

All sessions are optional, this is YOUR retreat and if a walk or nap or something else feels like the right thing for you thats ok.

“If your heart is craving some time, a chance to rest fully in warm gentle surroundings, in a place where there is support as well as ample time to simply be – then this is the retreat for you. I arrived a little crumpled and I’m leaving with a sparkle in my eyes and trust in my soul. Beautiful! ”
