This one-day version of our signature Well Rested Woman Retreat is a space to pause, soften, and reconnect with the truest part of you - all without leaving your life behind for long.

Throughout the day, you'll be lovingly guided.

Our day together includes:

  • Opening circle & heart-led intention setting

  • Guided meditation & nervous system-soothing breathwork

  • Restorative movement (accessible and gentle)

  • Rest practices and reflection

  • Sacred rest Yoga Nidra

  • Cacao & sharing circle

  • Journaling, oracle cards, silence & time in nature weather permitting

  • A delicious, nourishing plant-based lunch & snacks

Hi, I’m Suzi Gibson, founder of A Wee Retreat and creator of the Well Rested Woman Retreat. I’ve spent the last two decades helping women find their way back to themselves through rest, meditation, healing and heart-centered space holding.

A well rested woman doesn’t retreat from the world, she re-enters it clearer, softer, stronger. Rest is her rebellion, her renewal, her remembering.
