Our 3 night Rest & Restore Retreat for women will give you the rest, the support and help you need to live life from a well rested place.

There will be time to explore ways of relaxing and resting deeply and looking at ways to create new healthy habits for a well rested life.

Together with beautiful and tranquil Scottish countryside, delicious and healthy meals, inspiring and informative group sessions, and time for relaxing holistic treatments.

You will leave refreshed, rested and calm in body, mind and soul.

Retreat Director Suzi Gibson

Suzi has spent the last 15 years in health & wellbeing. From running a busy wellbeing centre in Edinburgh, Suzi now runs Space108 a wellbeing studio in the Scottish Borders town of Peebles. Suzi is passionate about providing people with the space & skills to relax and find peace & contentment in life. A natural nurturer, Suzi is an expert at creating a relaxing space for you to just be.

Trained in Mindfulness & Meditation Adults & Children, Reiki, Yoga, Mind Detox & EFT to name but a few.
